In the matter of opening, widening and extending the Arch-pennsylvania Highway from
Lafaye�te Road to Payne Avenue by condemning;and taking the following described lots
and parcels of land, all in the City of Saint Paul: The East 50 ft. of the North

part taken for street; the East 41.25 ft. of the North 101.5 ft. of Lot 5, all in
Irvine's Addition of Outlots� to the Town of St. Paul.

� F�esolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and tlie same is hereby approved.
i Resolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a con-
fiiznation of tlie award of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said as-
sessment of benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the
