WHEREAS, Spiegler Construction Co. has requested
permission to grade and surface the east—west alley in Block
2, Sylvan Park Addition to the City of Sain.t Paul from
Saratoga Street easterly 127.39 feet; and
WHEREAS, The grading and surfacing of said alley before
the winter season is a matter of egtreme urgency and necessity'
� to said Spiegler Construction Co. ; and

WHEREAS, An. ordinance, C. F. No. , granting
permission to said Spiegler Construction Co. o proceed with
the grading and sur�acing of said alley has been prepared and
introduced to the Council of the City of Saint Paul on

Coun.cil with eventual adoption s'et to occur on NOV 1 5 �96� � "

, RESOLVED, That in view of the egtreme urgency of the
� - request, the Co�inissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized
