therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all� labor and materials necessary
for or reasonably incidental to the landscape pla�ing at Limaood Park Playground
located at Deabener Place and St. Clair Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, to GURTEK AND RAMBERG
for the Net Contract Price of $3,800.00, in accordance with City plans and specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #�2545 of said Gurtek and Ramberg, such bid
being the lowest and said Gurtek and Ramberg being a reasonable and reliable bidder,
and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby �is direc�ed to draft the proper form of contract

therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are=authorized to execute said contract
