WHEREAS , Ashbach Construction Company� 1910 West County Road,=.,
C, is engaged in a project with the City of St. Paul Pub].ic Works,
Department for the construction of sewers and roadways on the
, Riverview Industrial Project P-493 � 1967, which is being developed ° .x
by the St. Paul Housing and Redevelopment Authority, and - � .
WHEREAS , Ashbach Construction Company proposes to dredge �
material from the Mississippi River just downstream from the High
Bridge area and stockpile this material on the land under the control. '
of the Parks and Playgrounds Departmerit just upstream from Harriet
Island between the �sma11. boat harbor and the High Bridge , and
WHEREAS , Ash3�ach Construction Company agrees� to cross section
the requested area in which the material would be stockpiled and sha11
restore it to its present condition upon completion �of their hauling
operation in July of �196 8� now� therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that AshbacY► Construction Company be permitted to
deposit and stockpile on land under the control of the Parks and "
Playgrounds Department which is upstream from Harriet Island between
the small boat harbor and the High Bridge in conformance with their
