1. That the petitioner's, their successors and assigas shall pay, as an adu�iriistrative fee for this
vacation, $1,2QQ.OQ which is due and payable within 60 days of the effective date of this
resolution.
2. � Thaf the petitioner's, their successors and assigns shall plat or dedicate a 60.40 foot wide right-of-
way easemenY, acceptable to the Department of Public VJorks, and suffieient to provide street
access between West Seventh and that part of Adrian Street Iying southwesterly of the said
Hathaway Street andnortheasterly of Montreal Way.
22 3. That, prior to causriuction of improvements witttin that part of Fiathaway Street hereby vacated,
23 the petitioner's, tiieir successors and assigns shall, by agreement with and to the satisfaction of
24 affected utilities, reIocate any therein existing utility facifities to easements within the said 60.00
25 foot right-of-way to be dedicated or to ntility easements ofherwise dedieated.
