WHEREAS, The construction of the public sewer before
the wi ter season is a matter of extreme urgency and necessity
to sai�d itehbein-Husnik Development Co. ; and •
WEiEREAS, An ordinance, C. F. No. �2';�5486 , granting
ipermis ion to said Rehbein-Husnik Development Co. to proceed
�with t�e construction of the said public sesver has been
iprepared and introduced to the Council of the City of Saint
�Paul o October 24 , 1967, and has been read before the said
Council with eventual adoption set to occur on November 8,

1 RESOLVED, That � in view of the extreme urgency of the
request, the Commissioner of Public Works is l�erebp authorized
and di ected to issue a permit to Rehbein-Husnik Development
�Co. fo the construction of the public setver in Cayuga Street .
from jestminster Street to 230 feet east of Westminster Street,
said p�ublic sewer to serve Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 8, Edmund
'Rice' s� Fourth Addition, subject to the same conditions and
�requir�ements as set out in ordinance, C. F. No. 235486 , pending
�before� the Council o� the City o� Saint Paul, and formal
approYal of said construction being hereby given in anticipa-
tion of the •final adoption of said ordinance.
