RESOLVED that ursuant to t �

• Commission �of the State of• Minnesota� dated October 3 , 1967,
Thomas J. Valtierra be paid the sum of $1,7.12.50 out of the
Workmen's Compensation Account of the General Fund covering
24.5 weeks of permanent partial disability at the rate of
545.00 per �week for ].0� permanent partial disability of the
left hand i�ncluding wrist movement and 10�- permanent partial disability �
of the right middle finger, and the employer, City of St. Paul,
shall pay c�irectlq to Dr. Meyer Z. Goldner, the reasonable worth
and value ot his services rendered; said payments ,• when made, -
shall. cons�itute a full and final settlement of the present
issues of any claim employee may ha�e against the employer resulting
from persor�al injuries of January 5', 1964, and February 23 , 1965�
FURT�R RESOLVED, that out of the aforesaid compensation the
employer sha11 deduct and pay directly to George Latimer, employee's
attorney, the sum of $278.12 , which payment sha11 const��ute full
payment anc� satisfaction for a11. fees for 1ega1 services performed
by said at orney to the date of the award; and the emploqer shall
pay to the Department of Labor and Industry the sum of $22. 25 for
the benefi of the special compensation fund.

RES LVE D, that pursuant to the Award of the Industrial

Workmen's Compensation Account of the General Fund covering
24.5 weeks of permanent partial disability at the rate of
$45.00 per week for 10$ permanent partial disability of the
left hand �including wrist movement and 10� permanent partial disability
of the right middle finger, and the employer, City of St. Paul,
shall pay �direetly to Dr. Meyer Z. Goldner, the reasonable worth
and value �of his services rendered; said payments , when made,
shall cons�titute a full and final settlement of the present

FURTHER RESOLVED, that out of the aforesaid compensation the

payment and satisfaction for all fees for legal services �performed
by said at�orney to the date of the award; and the employer shall
pay to the� Department of Labor and Industry the sum of $22.25 fo�
the benefi�t of the special compensation fund.
