The new Severance schedule negotiated beriveen the City and
Union (Article 17) which becomes effective on July 1, 2005, witl
apply to Union member Darrell Audett only if he retires from the
City with 800 or more accrued sick leave hours. If Mr. Audett
retires with more than 640, but less than 800 accnted sick leave
hours, he shall receive one-half the value of the mimmuxn level of
severance available to members of the Union. If Mr. Audett retires
with less than 640 accrued sick leave hours, he shall not be eligible
for severance.
