If Mr. Audett retires with more than 640, but less than 800 accnted sick leave hours, he shall receive one-half the value of the mimmuxn level of severance available to members of the Union. If Mr. Audett retires with less than 640 accrued sick leave hours, he shall not be eligible for severance.
