�y , �WHEREAS, The City Council foun.d and determined that that
structure located at 1095 Mackubin ,Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota,
-const`ituted a hazardous structure as defined by Minnesot.a
' Statutes Section 463. 15, and pursuant to resolution, C. F. No.
! 23450'6, approved August 3, 1967, the owner was ordered to
correict or wreck and remove the said structure; and
WHEREAS, The Council ' s Order pertaining to the repair or
wrecking of said structure has not been complied with and the
Ramsey County District Court, on Wednesday, October 4, 1967, �
� affir:med the City Council' s action herein and authorized the
� Cityiof Saint Paul to wreck and remove the said hazardous
I struclture forthwith; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Coun.cil of the City of Saint Paul does
her.eb,y declare that an emergency does egist in that failure to
� wreck� and remove the hazardous structure located at 1095 Mackubin
Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, without delay, will work an injury
� to th�e City; and be it "

�'iTRTHER RESOLVED, That pursuant_.to Section 2gl of the Charter
of th�e City of Saint Paul , and with the written consent of the
Mayor� and Comptroller, as evidenced by their respective signatures
hereto, the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized and directed to
purchase the necessary wrecking services to remove the said
structure located at 1095 Mackubin Street without advertisement �
and without competitive bids, and that the cost of said service
be ch�arged to Fun.d No._ 0976, Wrecking Buildings; the estimated
cost �of wrecking is �850.00. �
