That the Council hereby grant permission to the College
of St. Thomas to, hold a Homecoming Parade on Friday, October 13th at 3 p.m. �
The route is planned as follows: Organize and line up
' � on Selby Avenue at the north end of the college, then down. Cretin to
Summit, to Snelling, to Gran.d, to Fairview, to Randolph, to Cleveland, to
Selby, where the parade will be dismantled.
