FtESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul,
that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 460, Laws of
Minnesota for i967, Regular Session, and Ordinance No, i3679
of the City of Saint Paul, adopted pursuant to said Chapter
�60, there shall be issued and sold general obligation bonds
of the City in the par 'value amoun.t oY Four Million Dollars
(�4,000,000) for the purpose of procurement by the City of
funds in !said amount to be used by the City for the acquisition,
construction and repair �of capital impro vement works and projects
of the City of Saint Paul o�`ther than the construction, egpansion

RESOLVED FURTHER, That said �onds shall be issued and
sold pursuant to the provisions of said Chapter 460, Laws of
Minnesota for 1g67, Regular Session,, and in accordance with
Chapter 475, Minnesota Statutes 1g65, as amended; that said
bonds shall be in the denomination of �1,000, �5, 000 or �10,000
at the option of the purchaser; that said bonds shall bear a
rate of interest not to exceed six per centum (6%) per annum,
payable semi—annually on the first day of April and the first

certified or cashier' s check for two per centum (2%) of the
amount of bonds bid for, which will be forfeited to the City
