W�REAS, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be necessary in the
improvement described_as the construction of the Ornamental Lighting
System on_TENTH STREET from St. Peter to Main Street, Comptroller's
Contract L-6961, Collins Electrical Construction Co. , contractor,
have been provided for in the Specifications, and
WI�REAS, it has been found necessary to make the following addition
to-wit:

Add light standard base to the original contract . . . . .lump sum
addition of $190.00 ,
, said addition is necessary to facilitate installation of traffic signal
at Tenth St. and St. Peter St. � -
WHEREAS, the total additioriTis $�90.00, now therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul through its City Council approves
the foregoing Addition made in'accordance with the specifications in the �
sum of $190.00, said amount to be added to the lump sum consideration
named in the contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L-6961, and
$126.66 of said addition is to be financed by Assessment and $63.34 of
said addition is to be financed from Capital Approach Bond Funds.

The Commissioner of Public Utilities has agreed with the above
named contractor that the sum of $190.00 is the correct amount to be
added to the above• contract.
