z held by American Taxicab Service Corporation, d/b!a Americab (License ID#19990000662,
s #19990007124 and #19990007126) for the premises located at 137 Mount Airy in the City of
4 Saint Paul by Notice of Intent to Revoke Taacicab Vehicie License dated December 13, 2004,
s alleging failure to maintain motor vehicle licenses and automobile liability insurance for
s Cab #53, Cab #144 and Cab #145; and

WHEREAS, the licensee did respond to the Notice of Intent to Revoke Taxicab Vehicle
License to contest the revocation; and
WHEREAS, Notice of Intent to Revoke TaYicab Vehicle License stated that if fihe
licensee failed to coi�test the revocafion by Decemizer 23, 2004, that £r�e r�atter would be placed
on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, oe it

is RESOLVED, that the Taxicab Vehicle Licenses for Cab #53, Cab #144 and Cab #145
is held by American Tasicab Service Corporation d/bla Americab are hereby revoked as
