install "No Parking in Front of Drive" signs, said residents to pay in
advance the sum of Tuvelve Dollars ($12.00) to defray the cost of the
materials and installation of sa.id si�n.s. The fees thus paid are to
be returned to the Traffic F�gineering Budget.
