WI�REAS, The City of Saint Pau1, pursuant to Council File 233376
approved May 9, 1967,' has entered into an agreement with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Highways, for the joint acqui-
sition of property pertaining to the Kellogg Boulevard connection
to Interstate Highway 35E; and
WI-IEREAS, Section IV of said agreement provides that the Ci..ty pay
out of its fund provided for that purpose 46.9% of the amount of
the acquisition; and
WHEREAS, The State's offer to the owners of said property in the
amount of $75,000 has been. accepted and options granting the
, State and the City the right to acquire the property for the
stated consideration have been executed by the owner;
. BE IT RESOLVED, That the sum of $34,425 be paid to the State of
Minnesota, Department of Highways, and this amount to be charged
to the Permanent Improvement� Revolving Fund, Code 6000 and this
� � same fund to be reimbursed from Bond Fund 7200 (ST-46) payable
to the Minnesota Trunk Highway Fund and representing the City's
proportionate share of the cost of the property acquisition.

WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul, pursuant to Council File 233376
