Gentlemen: � •
We request that the City Council deed the excess land on the South
side of St. Paul Avenue, kno�an as the remainder of Lot 8, Block 3,
C. L�l. Youngman' s 2nd Additiont to Parranto Bros. , Inc.
This piece of land, containing approximately 200 sq..ft. with an aver-
age width of approximately 2 feet, lies between our property being
developed for a Burger Chef Restaurant and St. Paul Avenue as built.
The Title Insurance examiners deem transfer of the title of this
portion of land to our corporation to be necessary in order to as-
sure continued access from our property to St. Paul Avenue.
The need for transfer of this property is presently preventing con-
struction on our site. An early approval of this title transfer
will be greatly appreciated. ' , • '
