Whereas, Additions which were found to be necessary in the Improvement
described as the ST. CLAIR-ST. ALBANS S�WER REIACATION, Comptroller's
Contract L-6907, James D. Wolff Company, Contractor, as set forth in
-- Contract Change Agreement Pios. 1 and 2, were approved by the Council on
May 2, 1967, Council File No. 233296, and
�Ihereas, The amounts of the additions in Contract Change Agreement
Nos. 1 and 2 were based on estimated quantities, and .
Whereas, The final measurements taken after the completion of the
work show additional quantities as follows:

'y� � Whereas, The total addition is $4502.82 and the Commissioner of Fublic
Works has agreed with the Contractor that the amount of $4502.82 is the
correct sum to �be added to said contract; therefore be it
Resolved, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves
the foregoing additions made in accordance with the Specifications in the
sum of $4502.82, said amount to be added to the lump sum consideration
named in the contract, known as C'omptrollerts Contract L-6907, and which
amount is to be paid. for by the State Highway Department in accordance
with the terms of Relocation Agreement No. 55209. , .
