Wi�RFQS, The City Council found and determined that that structure
located at 277 Kent Stxeet, Saint Paul, Minnesota, constituted a hazardous
structure as defined by Minnesota Statutes Section �Ib3.15 and pursuant to
written agreement signed by the last record owner of the said property, Flora D.
Neal, there being no other parties of interest in the said building, the City
is authorized to enter upon the said premises and wreck and remove the said
hazardous buil�;n� at 277 Kent Street; now, therefore, be it
/ RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Sa3.nt Paul does hereby
. declare that an emergency doea egist in tha.t failure to wreck arid remove
' the hazardous atructure located at 277 gent Street in the City of Saint
. Paul without delay will work an in�ury to the City; and be it
FIT�R RE50LVED, That pursuant to 3ection 2g1 of �he Charter of
the City of Saint Paul, and wi.th the written consent oY the Bllayor and
Comptroller as evidenced by their respective aignatures hereto, the
Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized and di.rected to purchase the
� necessary wreakin$ services to remove the said atructure located at
277 Sent Street without advertisement and withont competitive bids and
that the cost of said service be charged to Fund No. 0976 Wreck3ng
B»;ldings; the estimated coat of wrecking is �800.00; be it
F'URT.E� RFSOLVID, That upon'the completion of the wreeking of th� � __
said hazardous building and upon the determination of all costa to be
charged against the said wrecking, it is the intent of the City to assess
its costs agai.nst the real property affected in the manner provided by la�.
