wrecking and removal of a hazardous building
located at 381 North Arundel in the City of
Saint Paul, and situated upon those premises .
legally described as the North ��2 of the South
��3 of Lots 2 & l, Block 13, IVlackubin and
Marshall's addition to Saint Paul, according
to the plat on file and of record in the office
of the Register of Deeds in and for the County
_ of Ramsey, State of H�Li.nnesota.
VPI�RF'.�A.S, Pursua.nt to Minnesota Statutes Sections �+63.15 through
�+63.26, the City Council of the City of Saa.nt Paul, by resolution, C. F.
No. 231936, approved February 7, 1967, ordered that the owners of the
hazardous building located at 381 North Arundel, Sa3nt Paul, Minnesota,
repair or grreck and remove the said hazardous building, or that in the
alternative the City vuould wreck and remove the hazardous building and
assess its costs thereby incurred against the real property pursuant to
_ law; and
��FQS, The ownera failed to obey the City Council Order, and the
City was duly authorized to wreck and remove the said hazardous builcli.n.g,
and did wreck saa.d hazardous building, pUrsuant to order of the District
Court in and for the County of Ramsey, sa:i.d court order dated April 20,
• 1967, and being on file in the office of the Clerk of the I}istrict Court
aforesaid; and

BLti.ldings reports that the said .�hazardous bui.lding was wreckedyand
removed by the City and that the total expense incurred and to be
specially assessed is in the amount of �758.3�}; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the
llth day of October, 1967, at the hour of 10 o'clock a.m. , in the Council
Chamber of the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of Saint
Paul, Minnesota, to pasa upon auch proposed assessment and at such time
and place a11 persons owning property affected by such assessment wil.l be
given an opportunity to be heard with reference to auch assessment; be it
F[lRTl�R RF.SOLVED, That the City Clerk is hereby disected to cause
this notice of the heari.ng on the proposed assessment to be published
once in the official newspaper at least t�vo weeks prior to the hearing,
and he shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of the '
property affected thereby; and be it
FURTIiER RESOLVID, That the proposed assessment roll be kept on file
for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk. ,
