. In the Matter of the assessment for the
wreckin� and removal of a hazardous building
� located at 518 Fuller Avenue in the City of
Saint Paul, and situated upon those premises
, legally described as Lot 5, Rlock 9, Mackubin
� and Marshall' s addition to Saa.nt Paul, according
to the plat on file and of record in the Office
of the Register of Deeds in and for the County
of Ramsey, State of I�.nnesota.
FQS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 1F63.15 through
463.26, the City Coun.cil of the City of Saint Paul, by resolution C. F.
No. 231339, approved December 28, 1g66, ordered that the owner of the
hazardous bui.ldin$ located at 518 Fuller Avenue, Saint Paul, Pti.nnesota,
repai.r or wreck and remove the said hazardoua building, or that in the
alternative the City would wreck and remove the hazardous building and
assess its costs thereby incurred against the real property pursuant to
law; and
wu�'RFQ�, The owner faaled to obey the City Council Order, and the
City was duly authorized to wreck and remove the said hazardous building,
and did wreck said hazardous building, pursuant to order of the I7istrict
Court in and for the County of Ramsey, said court order dated March 3,
1g67, and bein.g on file in the office of the Clerk�,of the District Court
aforesaid; and
WH�FQ�, The Co�nissioner of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings
reporte that the said hazardous building was wrecked and removed by the City
and that the total expense i.n.curred and to be specially aesessed is in the
amount of $73�+.16; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the llth
day of October, Zg67, at the hour of 10 o' clock a.m. , in the Council Chamber
of the Court House and City Ha11 Building, i.n the City of Sa:i.nt Paul,
Minnesota, to pass upon such proposed assessment a.nd at such time and plac
