� RESOLVED, That the Port Authority, 403 Fillmore Avenue, St. Paul,
Ramsey County, Minnesota, owner of subject premises, hereby is granted a
permit, pursuant to their application therefor, to construct a 30 ft.
driveway entrance into a parking lot area approximately 20 feet east of
the west property line of the property described as 403 Fillmore Ave. and
to thereafter maintain and operate the same as so constructed subject to
said permittee's compliance with all applicable State Statues, City Ordin-
ances and rules and regulations of public authorities having cognizance.
