In the matter of condemning and taking a permanent easement 10 feet in width for the purpose

10 feet of the East 50 feet of that part of the SF� of the N�' , Section 11, Township 28,
Range 22, lying between the South line of Londin Lane (formerly Lower Afton Road) and a
line 667 feet South of and parallel to the South line of Londin Lane. �

A public hearing having been h�d upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
hee,rd all peraons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fullp coneidered the eame;
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By tha Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said G�ty is
Condemning and taking a permanent easement 10 feet in width for the purpose of constructing
and maintaining a public sewer on, under, across and through a strip of land in the NF�' of
Section 11; Township 28, Range 22, said easement described as: the West 10 feet of the East
50 feet of that part of the SF.� of the NF�, �Section 11, Township 28, Range 22. lying '�
between the South line of Londin Lane (formerly Lower Afton Road) and a line �Erfr7• feet South
of and garallel to the South line of Londin Lane. rJ7,�
and the Council hereby ordere eaid improvementa to be made.
REBOLVED FURTHER, that the following land, lands or eesemente therein be and the eame are '
hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpose of making eaid improvemente, vis.: �
