RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor
and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services
necessary for or reasonab�ly incidental to the remodeling of the Third Floor of the .
Main Library, located at 90 West Fourth Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota to AESTLUND
CONSTRIICTION COMPANY for the contract price of $4,495.00, in accordance with City plans
and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid �2459 of said Aestlund
Construction Company, such bid being the lowest and said Westlund Construction Company
being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draft the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials
hereby are authorised to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
