WI�REAS, The Council of the City of Saint Paul is informed by the
Commissioner of Public Safety that a nui.sance exists on the property
located at 525 Iglehart Avenue in the City of Saint Paul (for which the
owner of record is Henry Green, 525 Iglehart Avenue), which nuisance
constitutes a hazard to the public health, welfare and safety; and
, WI�REAS, Such nuisance more particularly consists of an accumulation
of rubbish- and junk and a junk auto, which •harbors rodents, vermin, and
other n�oxious animals and things; and

WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 374 of the Charter of the City of Saint
Paul, and Section 265.52 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code 24 hours'
notice� been given to the owner, occupant or agent of such property
deman ng that.Such•nuisance be removed; naw, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That upon the recommendation of the ,Commi.ssioner of Public
Safety the Commissioner of Piiblic Works is hereby directed to summarily
and forthwith remo�e the� said nuisance, the coet of such removal to be
charged against Fund No. 09 .7.9; and be it

FURTHER_ RESOLVED, •That the Commissioner of Public Safety is directed --
to ascertain the cost of such r�emoval and to forward the same to the County ,
Auditor on or before October 1 of the year in which ascertained, for col- �
lection in the same manner.as tax�es against said property.
