� � The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: �
1. That the said r�port and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said'improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to construct public sewer in WIISON AVENtJE from the Terminus of the existing sewer
located aboutT��l98 feet easterly of Johnson Parkway to 80 feet west of English
Street. � • . '
with no alternatives, and. that the estimated cost thereof is $ 5,585.80
- Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the lOth day of
October��gh7 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A:M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
� said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta,ting the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
