Re: State Project 6201-31 (T.H. 5=111) . Layout relating to the proposed
location and construction for the West Seventh Street (Short Ljne)
overpass over the Milwaukee Railroad, specifically betw�een St. Clair
and Erie Streets and generally between Banfil Street and Toronto Avenue.
WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Highways has prepared a Layout for the
L improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 111 renumbered as Trunk
�a'�` Highway Number 5 within the corporate limits of the City of St.Paul from
Toronto Avenue to Banfil Street; and

WHEREAS, Said Layout is on file in the office of the Department of
Highways, St. Paul , Minnesota, being marked, labeled ar�d identified as
Layout No. 2E, S.P. 6201-30 (T.H. 5a111) , from Toronto Avenue to Banfil
Street; and _ ,

WHEREAS, Copies of said Layout as so marked, labeled and identified
are also on file in the office of the Department of Public Works; and
. WNEREAS, The term "said Layout" as hereinafter used in the body of
this resolution shall be deemed and, intended to mean, refer to and to
incorporate the Layout as in the foregoing recitals particularly identif<�ed
and described.
NOW, T,NEN, BE IT RESOLVED, That said Layout for the improvement of
Trunk Nighway Numbe� 111 renumbered Trunk Highway Number 5 within the limits
of the City of St. Paul be and hereby are approved.
