to legalize an existing three-plex in a "B" Residence dis�rict at
the northeast corner of Case and Westminister Streets. (See
attached legal description).
The Zoning Code limits "B" Residence zoned property to one and two-
family use. A variation from this standard is possi.ble under Sec-
tion 64.03, par. o (2) of the Code if the strueture was built
