Rein Company for an Appeal regarding certa3.n requirements of the Zoning Code in relation to property along the east side of Birmingham 9venue between Magnolia and Mechanic Avenues. This property is described as the south 70 feet of the north 170 feet of Lots 4 and 5, Block 2, Ames Outlots. � The north 100 feet of Lots 4 and 5 is zoned Light Industrial and the south 70 feet is zoned "B" Residence. Section 64.03 of the, Zoning Codes provides for an appeal to permit the� use allowed in the Light Tndustry zone to extend to the entire property. • This matter was considered at the August 3, 1967 Board of Zoni�ig meeting. The staff reported that the area to the north is developed as the Phalen Shopping Center; west is new single-family residences; � northeast is multi-fami.ly residences; and east and south is scattered single-familq residences.
