development Authority have entered into a cooperative construction
- agreement dated June 28, 1967 �or the �mprovement of Jackson St.
- from Severrth to Eighth St. and,
� WI�FtEAS, 3n connection with this pro�ect certain work
is outside the limits of Pro�ect R-20, Cont�ract 67-15, and the City
of St. Pa,ul has agreed to pay the �.i11 cost of this construction
and,
- WFiEREA.S, it is estimated a� this time that the City
of St. Pa.ul's portion of the total cost of the improvement will
be $31,632.6g plus engineering and inspection $3,278.24 or a total
estimated cost of $34,910.93; now there�ore, be it

to the Perma.n.ent Improvement Revolving F'und, Code 6000 and thi�
. same fland to be reimbursed f`rom the 1967 County Aid Funds in the
