Saint Paul, according to the plat on file and
of record in the Office of the Register of
Deeds in and for the County of Ramsey and
State of Minnesota. �
w�'RFAS, Purauant to ll�i.nnesota Statutes Sections 1163.15 through
�63.26, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul, by resolution C. F.
No. 229637, approved July 28, 1966, ordered that the owners 'of the
hazardous building located at 598� Garroll Avenue, Sai.nt Paul, Minnesota,
repair or wreck and remove the said hazardous buildi.ng, or that in the
alternative the City would wreck and remove the hazardous bui.lding and
assess its costs thereby incurred against the real property pursuant to

� �EA,S, The Couan.isaioner of Parks and Recreation and Public
Fh�ildings reports tha� the said hazardous builcling was wrecked and
� removed by the City and that the total eapense incurred and to be
specially assessed is in the amount of $657.19; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 27th
day of Septamber, 1g67, at the hour of 10 o' clock a.m., in the Council
Chamber of the Court House and City Ha11 Building, in the City of Saint .
Paul, Bliiinnesota, to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time ,
