RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering to the Department
of Public Works, Department of Municipal Equipment, 891 North Dale Street, Saint
Paul, Minnesota, (for use by the Department of Parks, Recreation and Public Buildings)
2 Aerial Personnel Lift, Hi Ranger Model 5TD-52PHI, to LA HASS CORPOR.ATION for the
contract price of.$21,113.50 (which includes the trade-in-allowance of $3,000.00
on One 1961 Dodge Chassis with Strato Tower Aerial Lift), in accordance with City
specifications therefor and the Formal Bid ��24/�7 of said La Hass Corporation, such
bid being the lowest and said La Hass Corporation being a reasonable and_ reliable
bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draft said contract
therefor and the proper City officials are hereby authorized to execute said
. contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul. _
