S, the ity of Saint Paul has been vested with a
use e tate in the following described property:
Lots 13 and 1� and all that part of Zot 18,
lying northwesterly of Pleasant Avenue, Block
8, A. Vance Brown's Subdivision of Stinson,
Brown and Ramsey �s Addition to St . Paul,
according to the duly recorded plat thereof
situate in Ramsey County, Minneso�a, the title
thereto being registered and evidenced by
Certificate of .Ti�le No. 54579•
��REAS, a total award of the Commissioners in the sum of
� $6750.00 was filed for the i�aking of said property by the State
of Minnesota in condemnation; and
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has appealed from said
award, and said State and City ar� now in agreement upon a
settlement herein; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the settlement of $3200.00 for the taking
of the interest of the City of Saint Paul is hereby approved, :
to which is credited the sum of �3000.00 heretofore paid by
the State, and the proper City officers are authorized and
directed to execute the Stipulation for Settlement herein and
to execute any documents necessary to accomplish said settle-
ment and to aceept the payment of the balanee of $200.00 in
fulfillmen� of said settlement .
