WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has been vested with a
use es�ate in the followin� described property:
Lot 17, B1:ock 8, A. Vance Brown's Subdivision
of Stinson, Brown and Ramsey's Addition to ,
St . Paul, except the part taken for street
purposes, according to the plat thereof now
on file and of record in �he office of the
Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County.
• WHEREAS, a total award of the Commissioners in the sum of
� $2200.00 was filed for the taking of said property by the State
of Minnesota in condemnation; and
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has appealed from said
award, and said State and City are now in agreement upon a
settlement herein; now, therefore, be it •
RESOLVED, that the �ettlement of $1200.00 for the taking
of the interest of the City of Saint Paul ia hereby approved,
and the proper City officers are authorized and directed to
execute the Stipulation for Settlement herein and to execute
any documents necessar to accomplish said settlement antl to
accept the payment of �1200.00 in fulfillment of said settlement .
