WHEREAS, The Council o£ the Cit�r of Saint Pau]. is informed by ,
the Commissioner of Public S�tety that a nllisance exists on the prop-
erty located at 640 Y1. Cent�al Avenue in tYie. City of Sain� Paul, which
nuisance constitutes a hazard to the pub].ic�hea�.th� wel.fare and safety;
an d
WHEREAS, Such nuisance more particular].y consists of an ove�growth
of weeds and grass, which harbors rodents, ve�min, and othe� noxious , •
animals and �things; and
/ WI-IEREAS, Pursuant to Secti�n 374 of the Cha�+te� of the City of
Saint Pau1, and Section 265.52 of �he Saint Pau1 Legisl.ative Code 24
hours' notice has been given to the owner, occupant, or agent of such
property demanding that such nuisande be �emoved; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That upon the recomttiendation o� the Commissione� of
Public Safety the Commi.ssioner of Pub�.ic 41o�lcs is he�eby di1^ected to
summarily and forthwith �emove the said nuisanae, the cost of such re-
mova]. to be charged against Fta.nd No. 0979; and be it
FURTI-iER RESOLVED,, That the Commissione� ot Public Safety is di-
�ected to ascert�in the 'cost of such �emoval and to forw'ard the s�mo to
the 'County Auditor on or before October 1. of the year in w'hich ascer- �
tained, for collection in the same manner as �axes against said property.
