WHEREAS, The Council of the City o� Saint Pau1 is informed by
the Commissioner of Public Safety that a nuis�nce exists on the proP- .
erty located at 573-575 Aurora Avenue in �Che City of S�int Paul, which
- nuisance constitutes a haza�d to the public heal.th, wel.fare and sa�ety;
an d
WI-iEREAS, Such nuisance more par'ticu].ar].}r consists of an overgrowth
of weeds, which harbors rodents, ve�min, and othe� noxious animals and �
things; and , ,
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 374 of the Cha�ter o� the City of
Saint Paul, and Section 265.52 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code the
owner or agent of such property cannot be found; now, therefo�e, be it
RESOLVED, That upon the recommendation of the Commissioner of
Public Satety the Commissioner o� Public Works is hereby directed to
' summarilp and forthwith remove the said nuisance, the cost of such re- .
moval to be charged against Fund No. 0979; and be it �
� FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Safe�ty� is �
diz^ected to asce�tain the cost of such remova� and to fo�ward the same
to the County Auditoz� on or befo�e October ]. of the year in which as-
ce�tained, for col.lection in the same manne� as taxes against said
property.
