WHEREAS, The Coimcil of the City of Saint Paul is informed by the
Commissioner of Public Safety that a nui.sance exists on the property
located at 419 N. Western Avenue in the City of Sai.nt Paul, which nuisance
canstitutes a hazard to the public health, welfare and safety; and
WHEREAS, Such nuisance more particularly consists of an, accumulation
of rubbish and scrap lumber and an overgrowth of weed�, which harbons
rodents, vermin, and other noxious animals and things; and
. .
� WHEREAS, Puzsuant to Section 374 of the Charter of the City of Saint
Paul, and Sectio� 265.52� of the Saint Paul Legislative Code the owner or
agent of such property cannot be found; nvw, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That upon the recommendation of the Commissioner of Public
Safety the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby directed to summarily and
forthwifh remove the said nuisance, the cost of such removal to be charged
against Fund No. 0979; and be it �
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Commissianer of Public Safety is directed
to ascertain the cost of such removal �d to foYward the same to the County
Auditor on or before October 1 of the year in which ascertained, for collec-
. ti.on in the same manner as taxes against sai.d property.
