The property is located on the north side of Margaret Street between White Bear Anenue and Hazel Street, described as the south 100 feet of Lot 42, Block 2, Robert L. Ware's Eastern Heights Addition. This matter was considered at the June 15, 1967, Board of Zoning meeting. The Northwestern Bell Telephone Company wishes to construct a non-power repeater building on the property. The property has an area of 5,000 square feet. The predominate use in the area is one-family and the surrounding zoning is "A" Residence. It was the findings of the Board that it would be reasonable to grant the Appeal since the use would hane no detrimental effect on the area.
