COMMISSIONE DATE —
WHEREAS, Pursuant to City Council Resolution C. F. 233457, adopted by
the Council May 11, 1967, the City of Sa1nt Paul and the U. S. Army Corps of
Engineers have entered into a contract whereby the Corps of Engineers wlll
pay for the installation of certain vatve and bracket equipment, and
WHEREAS, A certain modification proposed by the Corps of Engineers is
satisfactory to the Commissioner of Public Works and the Chief Engineer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That modification No. P001 of Contract
No. DACW37-67-C-0079 for Valve and Bracket Installation, a copy of said
modification being attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby found
to be satisfactory and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby
authorized to accept said modlfication on behalf of the City of Saint Paul .
