WHEREAS, The Co�cil of the City of Saint Paul is informed by the
Colmnissioner of Publi.c Safety that a nuisance exists on the property
located at 721 W. Central Avenue in the City of Saint Paul, which
nuisance constitutes a hazard to the public health, welfare and safety;
and - _
WI�REAS, Sueh nuisance more particularly consists of an accumulation
. of rubbish, an overgrawth of weeds, which harbors rodents, vermin, and
other noxious animals and things; and
WHEREAS, Pursu�t to Section 374 of the Charter of the City of Saint
Paul, �d Section 265.52 of the Saint Paul Legislativ�e Cod;e the awner or
agent of such property cannot be found; naw, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That upon the recommendation of the Commissioner of Public
Safety the Comnissioner of Public Works is hereby directed to summarily
and forthwith remove the said n ' ance, the cost of such removal to be
charged against Fimd No. ; and be it
FURTf�R RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Safety is directed
to ascertain the Cost of such remonal and to forward the same to the,��
Coimty Auditor on or before Octaber 1 of the year in which ascertained,
for collectian in the same manner as taxes against said property.
