W�LEREAS, the State of Minnesota has proceeded in condem-
nation to acquire parcels of real estate in the City of Saint
Paul, Ramaey County, Minnesota, to-wit : The west half of Lots
9 and 10, Block 2, Woodford Park, St. Paul, Minn. and is willing
to advance a final and complete payment therein, in the amount
of $1,600.00, as is evidenced by State Warrant No. 551809, in
' the aforesaid amount, made payable to Bernadette Susan Buescher,
City of St . Paul, James R. McClure; and • �
WHEREAS, the only interest of the City of Saint Paul
appears to be a sewer easement which is no longer needed in
view of an agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the
State Highway Department, whereby the State of Minnesota will
construct a storm sewer and catch basin that will serve the
sewer purposes in said area; now, therefore, be it
� �RESOLVED, That the proper City officfi.als may be and hereby
, are au�horized and directed to endorse State Condefnnation Warrant
No . 551809, the said City of Saint Paults having no further
interest �h:ers3n, but having been shown as a named payee thereon.
