�WfiEREAS The Commissioner of Public Works�
pursuant to brdinance No. 13650 Council File
No. 234011� approved July 7� 19�7� has given
his advice and opinion as to the proper fees
to be eharged for parking motor vehicles in the
city owned parking lot bounded by Shepard�
Jackson� the IInion Depot tracks and Sibley
Street; now� therefore� be it
RESOLVED� That effective August 14� 1967�
the parking meters in said parking lot shall be
in operation Mondays through Saturdays between
the hours of eight otclock A.M. and six otclock
P.M. � and that the hourly charge for parking
motor vehicles during such operational hours
' shall be five cents (5¢) for each hour� with
no charge during the days and hours in which
said parking meters shall not be operational.
