Whereas, Additions which might prove to be necessary in the Improvement
described as the PVON-HUBBQRD SEWER SYSTEM, Comptroller's Contract L-6934,
Robert �1. Moore Company, Contrector, have been provided for in the Specifications,
and
i�Thereas, It has been found necessary to make the following Additions due to .
reconstruction of catch basin leads at P�ierce Butler Route and Avon Street due to �
conflict c�ith the new sewer in Avon Street
ADDITIONS
7 Furnish � Install 12" R.C. pipe sewer 12 Lin. Ft. Cg $ 4.75 = $ 57,00
Furnish & Install 12" V.C. pipe sewer 28 Lin. Ft. @ $ 4.00 = $ 112.00
Total Additions $ 169.00
and
i,lhereas, The total addition is $169.00 and the Commissioner of Public Works
has agreed with the Contractor that the amount of $169.00 is the correct sum to
be added to said contract, therefore be it
Resolved, That the City of St. Faul through its City Council approves the
foregoing additions made in accordance with the Specif ications in the sum of
$16�.00, said amount to be added to the lump sum consideration named in the ,
contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L-6934, and which amount is to be
included in assessment against benefited property. �
