WI�REAS, the total deduction is $8,896.00, now therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul° through its City Council approves the foregoing Deduction made in accordance with the specifications in the sum of $8,896.00, said amount to be deducted, fa�om:�the lump sum consideration named in the contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L-�915, and the . Lighting deduction is to be credited to the amount financed by assessment and the traffic signal deduction is to be credited to Municipal State Aid Suspense. The Commissioner of Public U�tilities has agreed with the above named contractor that the sum of $8,896.00 is the correct amount to be deducted from the above contract.
