The property is located at the northwest corner of Sixth Street and Main Street and is described as I,ots 9 and 10, Block 56, Rice & Irvine's Addition. The matter was considered at the June l, 1967 Board of Zoning " meeting. The appellant wishes to construct a 7,'8 unit apartment building 9n,;property �ith an area of 18,000 square feet. The property is deficient 60,000 square feet, or 76%. ' � It was 'the findings of the Board that it would be reasonable to grant the appeal since the apartment would be in the down- town area.
