Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the application of Minnehaha
Bowling Center, Inc. to construct a car wash facility on the
west side of Milton Street between West Minnehaha Avenue and
Pierce Butler Route described as Lots 28, 29, � 30, Block 14,
Winter's Addition and the south one-half of vacated Englewood
Avenue adjoining said lots.
This matter was considered at the June 15, 1967 Board of
Zoning meeting. The staff reported the plans meet the design
standards for such facilities and have the Traffic Engineer's
approval. Therefore, the Board recommends that the applica-
tion for the facility be approved. -
