Hoist & Derrick Compar�y for the Contract price of $21,516.00, such bid bein� the
lowest meeting specifications and said American H�ist & Derrick Compas�y being a
reasonable and reliab�e bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
authorized to draft the proper form of contract therefor and the proper City
