RESOLVED, That the substitution of
�50,000 U. S. Treasury Notes Series C-68, dated
5-�-5-67, due 8-15-68,
for
�50, 000 U. S. Treasury Notes Series D-67, dated
11-15-65, due 5-15-67,
as collateral security for deposits of public funds of the
City of Saint Paul with the Sum.mit National Bank of St. Paul,
hereby is authorized, ratified and approved, such having been
done in conformance with the applicable statutes of the'� State
' of Minnesota; that such substituted securities , at the time
of such substitution, had a market value sufficient, together
with the market value o� the original collateral securities
for said purpdse , for which no substitution was made, equal
to �110 for every �100 of deposits of public funds of said City
with said bank.
