WHEREAS, TYie Council of the City of Saint Pau]. is informed by
the Commissioner of Public Safety th�,t a nuisance exists on the p�op-
erty at 727 W. Central Avenue in the City of Sain�C Paul� which nuisance
constitutes a hazard to �he publ.ic health, wel.fare and safety; and
WI�REAS, Such nuisance more particularly consists of an accumu-
lation of �ubbish, and scrap lumber and an overgrowth of weeds, which
harbors rodents, vez+min �nd othe� noxious anim�ls and -�hings; and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 374 of the Charte� of the City of
Saint Pau1� and Section 265.52 of �Che Saint Pau]. Legislatiwe Code 24
hou�s' notice has been given to the owne�� occup�nt, or �gent of such
p�+operty demanding that such nuisance be removed; now, therefo�e, be it
RESOLVED� That upon the �ecommendation of the Commissioner of Pub-
lic Safety the Commissione� ot Public Works is hereby directed to sum-
marily and forthwith remo�re the said ni�isance, the cost of such remova].
to be charged against Fund No. ; and be it
� FURTHER RESOLVE�, That the Commi sioner of Public Safety is di-
x^ected to ascertain the cost of such removal and to forward the same
to the County Auditor on or before October 1 of �he year in wh�:ch as-
cert�ined, for collection in the same manner as taxes agains�t said
p�operty.
