� WHEREAS, The Counc:i.1 of the City ot Saint Pau1 is info�med by
' the Commissioner of Public Safe��r that a nuisance exists on the prop-
erty located at 570 Zgleha�t Street in the City of Saint Paul, which
nuisance constitutes a hazard to the public healt'h, we].fare and safety;
an d
WHEREAS, Such nuisance mo1^e particular].y consists of an accumu- �
lation of rubbish and an ov�ergrowth of weeds, c�hich ha�bors rodents,
vermin, and othar noxious anima]s and thi.ngs; and
WHEREASs Pursuant to Section 374 of the Char-�er of the City of
Saint Paul., and Section 265.52 of the Saint P�ul Legislative Code 24
hours' notice has been given to the owne�, occupan-�, ar agent of such
p�operty demanding that such nuisance be removed; now, the�etore, be it
RESOLVED, That upon the recommend�tion of the Comtnissioner of
Public Sa£ety 'the Commissioner ot Pub].ic Works is hereby directed to
summarily and forthwith �emove the said nuisance, the cost of such
removal �to be charged against Fund No. 0979 ; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Commi.ssione� of Publ.ic Safety is
direc�ed to ascertain the cost of such removal and to forward the
same to the County Auditor orr or before October 1 of the year in
which asce�tained� for collection in the same manner as -�axes against
said property.
