Bell Telephone Company� to make necessary excavations for placing and
maintaining underground and aerial cable plant with associated lateral
cables �n Kenneth Avenue from Fairmount Avenue to Mississippi River
Blvd. and in Villard Street from Cleveland Aven.ue to i�eturn Court.
Work to be done under the direction of the Commissioner of Public
Works. The Telephone Company to pay for the cost of publication
incident hereto.
Location of proposed plant to be subject to the approval of the
Public Works Department and Board of Water Commissioners.
